Description

The JDY B58 Fuel Pump Upgrade Kit is a fully integrated solution designed to replace the factory fuel pump assembly and significantly improve flow capacity and system reliability. This system removes the OEM in-tank filter and integrates a high-performance Walbro 450 (F90000274) or Walbro 525 (F90000285) brushed fuel pump directly in its place. Both options are available depending on your power goals.

A precisely machined CNC-billet aluminum adapter connects the OEM pump outlet and the auxiliary pump port together. All external lines, fittings, and the fuel pressure regulator are built into the assembly, joined with JDY’s custom PTFE high-pressure corrugated hose and quick-connect fittings.
Compared with conventional external add-on pump designs, this compact and modular system offers easier installation, superior reliability, and cleaner packaging inside the tank.
