Manufacturing splitters consists of numerous complicated facets. The final phase of this procedure includes manual processing and applying finishing touches. We put great care into the production of our components and the intricacy of this process clearly proves that. Additionally, we conduct a thorough quality control on every single one of our elements right before they are dispatched. This allows us to eliminate a vast majority of defective items that do not adhere to our high standards.

The material that our parts are created from is called ABS. It was conceived chiefly for usage in the automotive industry. It is commonly applied in the production of factory bumpers and all sorts of vehicle coachwork components which require significant durability and flexibility. The definite proof of our products’ flair is the TUV certification of our ABS, and a wide variety of items made of it is also TAILEGUTACHTEN certified.
